Our Last Day of School in the 4 Year Old Class!

What a wonderful school year it was!!! The boys really made some big leaps in their learning and had so much fun while they were at it. This year they were old enough to participate in several field trips, of course lots of holiday parties, two programs, and even a special Mother's Day lunch at Mrs. Fisher's house that they prepared for us all by themselves. One of my favorite things about this year was that they were with many of their classmates from last year in Miss Betsey's class. Ben and Drew may only be four years old, but they already have deep friendships that are very meaningful to them. Its such a neat thing to watch your children learn to be good friends and to receive love from others. As always we wrapped up the school year with our Popsicle Party, but this year it was moved inside due to the weather. It didn't stop us from having a great last day of school, though. Here are just a few pictures of their last day of school.

Drew's year end book that shows the progress he's made since the first day of school:
Ben showing me his year end book:The two silly monkeys standing in front of the door that has class pictures from every month of the school year:All 6 boys in the class: Mason, Mac (behind Brax), Brax, Ben, Drew, Kingston Two very sweet (and adorable) redheads: Mary Adeline and Faith Our wonderful teacher Mrs. Fisher:
Drew giving some big bear hugs to Ms. Pat, our amazing director. This is how every child starts their day when she gets them out of the cars in the lineup every morning. This woman is such a gift to our school, and I'm so thankful that Drew and Ben get to be prayed over by her every day.

The three amigos each sitting in their lockers. I can only imagine some of the silliness that must happen at these lockers every day.
Miss Lisa is one of the two helpers who has made such an impact on our boys. She and Miss Amy (below) love love love them so much, and I know that the twins know it. With Miss Amy. I can't say enough good things about how these two ladies have made school such a sweet experience for our boys in the past two years.
I know I've said it a million times, and I'm sure I'll say it again. But I am so thankful that Ben and Drew get to attend this school. I know that they are getting a great education. But that is nothing compared to how they are hugged, loved, prayed over, and shown Christ's love lived out.
Thank you Otter Creek for another wonderful school year! Now on to the 5 year old class!!!
